History

  1. 2002 - Company founded by David Faudman in Larkspur, California.
  2. 2003 - BAREIS MLS grants CleanOffer licensing agreement.
  3. 2004 - CleanOffer becomes on-line service of choice in Marin County where 38% of the real estate agents subscribe to service and over 50% homes closed are by CleanOffer registered buyers.
  4. March 2005 - CleanOffer expands to North Bay Counties of Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Mendocino.
  5. May 2005 - San Francisco MLS (SFAR) grants licensing agreement and company launches service to local real estate agents and companies.
  6. March 2006 - South Bay MLS (MLSListings) grants licensing agreement.
  7. March 2006 - New England MLS (MLSPIN) grants licensing agreement.
  8. April 2006 - Washington D.C. MLS (MRIS) grants licensing agreement.
  9. June 2007- Austin, TX MLS (ACTRIS) grants licensing agreement.
  10. August 2007- Company launches service to local real estate agents and companies of the South Bay (MLSListings)
  11. April 2008- Company Launches service to local real estate agents and companies of Austin, TX (ACTRIS)
