With 20 years of success in real estate sales and development experience, David Faudman is recognized in the real estate industry as one of the top producing and most innovative Realtors®. Mr. Faudman has personally sold hundreds of millions of dollars of homes during his career. In addition, he has served as an insightful industry source and subject-matter expert in the real estate market.
David founded CleanOffer.com in 2002 to increase efficiency in the real estate industry by helping agents close more transactions and assist their clients on a more strategic level. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations, strategic alliances and business development for the Company. In mature CleanOffer markets, subscribing real estate agents close over 50% of the local market home sales. The Company has demonstrated its success in providing the online tool of choice for agents and clients
David continues to serve as director and founder of Top Agent Network, an agent-to-agent communication organization he established in 1995.
Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, David was a management consultant for Boston-based Bain & Company, where he developed and implemented strategic solutions for clients in various industries, such as information technology, banking, leasing, oil and gas, steel, retail product distribution, aerospace and building materials.
