As an Agent Subscriber of CleanOffer, your main work area is "My Briefcase". Below is a brief description of each of the important functions available to you on CleanOffer.
MY CLIENTS PORTLET
The My Clients Portlet allows you to view and access the most relevant information about your clients' activities.
MY LISTINGS PORTLET
The My Listings Portlet allows you to access the various Listing Tools. You can feature your listing, promote your lising on Google, view your listing report and more.
SAVED SEARCHES PORTLET
The Saved Searches Portlet allows you to quickly view and run your saved searches and change your notification settings.
NEW MATCHES PORTLET
The New Matches Portlet allows you to view new properties that have just been listed and meet your saved search criteria.
MY FAVORITES PORTLET
The My Favorites Portlet contains a list of properties you have "tagged" as Favorites because you have interest in tracking the property. You might do this if you simply want to be able to view the listing without having to search for it again, or if you want to make sure you are automatically notified by email of any status changes (escrow, price reduction, off market, etc). This allows you to stay on top of what is happening with them even when you haven't had time to login and check them directly!
CLIENT INVITATIONS PORTLET
The Client Invitations Portlet allows you to view your client invitations.
SEARCH HISTORY PORTLET
The Search History Portlet allows you to to view and re-run your previous searches.
