General FAQ
What is CleanOffer?CleanOffer is an agent-client relationship tool that enables a buyer/seller to access complete real-time listing data. Buyer/seller’s can set their own search criteria to receive email alerts for new properties. Buyer/seller’s can also track their “Favorite” properties and receive alerts when there is a change in price or status of a “Favorite” property.
Back to Top How does CleanOffer get its listings?Listings are pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). CleanOffer is a licensed vendor of MLS data.
Back to Top What’s the difference between CleanOffer and public real estate websites?CleanOffer is for buyers/sellers who want to work with an agent. CleanOffer has complete listing data, where many public websites have incomplete and/or stale data because they do not aggregate their data with the MLS. Because CleanOffer is a private, password protected website, we are able to show all statuses, all listings and all property addresses. CleanOffer updates its data in real time, with a lag time from the MLS of about a half hour. CleanOffer is for the “Serious” not the “Curious” property searcher.
Back to Top How much does it cost a Buyer or Seller to join?Buyers and Sellers join free of charge. Per the MLS rules and regulations all consumers must register under, and agree to work with, a qualified agent in order to access CleanOffer’s proprietary database.
Back to Top What is the Agent-Client Relationship Agreement? This statement is to show a clear relationship between an Agent and a Client. It is required by the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in order for clients to have access to listing data through CleanOffer.
It reads as follows:
CleanOffer provides members with listing information that is not available on public websites. In order to gain access to the listing data and tools, you must register under a real estate agent who is a member of CleanOffer.
Agree to the statement below to gain access to real-time property listing information and tools:
“As of (Date), I, (Client Name) plan to work with (Agent Name) of (Brokerage Name), in exchange for access to the complete listing data and tools on CleanOffer.”
**Either party has the right to terminate this agreement for any reason at any time.
